We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and be committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for young children. The Early Childhood Teacher will plan, implement, and assess lessons that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Development and Implementation:
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to foster learning and development.
- Integrate play-based learning and hands-on activities to engage children.
Child Development and Assessment:
- Observe and assess each child's development and learning progress.
- Document observations and maintain accurate records.
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians on child progress and development.
Classroom Management:
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
Parental Engagement:
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss child development.
- Involve parents in classroom activities and school events.
Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share effective teaching strategies.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- State certification in Early Childhood Education (if applicable).
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience teaching young children.
- Experience with curriculum planning and classroom management.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a warm and engaging learning environment.
- Proficient in using technology for educational purposes.

- Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday.
