Project Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Project Engineer to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will support an ongoing project with an influx of work, ensuring that we meet our deadlines and quality standards.

• Support project workload efficiently and effectively.
• Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure project accuracy.
• Utilize PM software programs, with a strong emphasis on Procore.
• Manage project documents, including Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, and Blueprints.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Assist in the selection, communication, and management of subcontractors.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a project support role for a general contractor.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Strong experience with project management software, particularly Procore.
• Experience in handling project documents such as Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, and Blueprints.
• Capability to create and maintain project schedules and budgets. Additional
  
  Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in construction management and commercial construction.
  • Ability to write RFIs and review Submittals.
  • Proficiency in project coordination and engineering tasks.
  Work Environment

  This role is based in our office in Upper Marlboro, where you will work full-time and collaborate directly with the owner. You may occasionally need to visit project sites for progress meetings. You will be part of a small team, taking on multiple roles and responsibilities.

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Upper Marlboro, MD.

  Pay And Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
