What You'll Do

Depending on your role and experience level, responsibilities may include:

* Preparing structural drawings, models, and construction documents

* Supporting design calculations and structural analysis

* Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners

* Assisting in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling (role-dependent)

* Leading project teams and overseeing deliverables (for senior-level roles)

* Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will bring:

* Experience in structural engineering (base-building or cold-formed steel design) or related CAD production

* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD

* For engineering roles: a degree in Civil Engineering or related field (EIT/PE preferred for higher-level roles)

* For senior roles: demonstrated project management and client-facing experience, as well as staff management
