THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are USA Mortgage Experts, a premier financial strategy firm led by Marcus Eligan ("Mr. Money Expert"). We don't just sell mortgages; we act as Wealth Architects for our clients, helping them Acquire, Protect, and Grow their assets.

We are currently expanding our "Boardroom" strategy team and are looking for 2-3 high-capacity individuals to join our Junior Strategist Program at our Upper Marlboro headquarters.

• You are currently studying for your NMLS license (or are ready to start immediately).
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and prefer unlimited commission potential over a capped salary.
• You are hungry, coachable, and possess elite phone communication skills.

  Manage inbound leads and facilitate our proprietary "Wealth Gap Audits" for potential clients.

  Learn the mortgage business from the ground up, directly under a Senior Financial Strategist.
• The Path:
  This role is designed to transition you into a full Senior Loan Officer position once licensed and certified in our systems.

• Must be currently pursuing (or willing to obtain) NMLS Mortgage License within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation to our office in Upper Marlboro, MD.
• Tech-savvy (CRM, Digital Forms, Excel).
