Mortgage Experts is seeking driven and relationship-focused Mortgage Loan Officers to join our Washington, DC team.

In this role, you will guide clients through the mortgage process from consultation to closing, helping them understand financing options and make confident financial decisions. You will work closely with real estate professionals, processors, and underwriting partners to ensure smooth and timely transactions while delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Experience in mortgage lending, loan origination, or financial services preferred
• Active NMLS license strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• Knowledge of mortgage products and loan processes is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with MD, VA, and DC markets is advantageous
