We are without a doubt a most premier retirement community. This job is a dream come true for an experienced Housekeeping Manager. Our Housekeeping Manager does so much more than what the title reflects. For us it is about working with a manager who maintains an effective and efficient cleaning schedule for all apartments, rooms and common areas, and who agrees a housekeeping experience should always be a positive one for our residents.

• Administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of supervising the housekeeping/laundry departments
• Supervises the day-to-day housekeeping functions of assigned associates
• Responsible for coordination of housekeeping and laundry services
• Ensures that department is within budget
• Sets schedule for associates and posts in a timely fashion
• Responsible for ordering all supplies and chemicals for the department
• Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
• Responds to associate and resident requests in a timely fashion.

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years managerial experience within a healthcare or related field
• An equivalent of experience, education and other qualifications may be considered
