We are without a doubt a most premier retirement community. This job is a dream come true for an experienced Housekeeping Manager. Our Housekeeping Manager does so much more than what the title reflects. For us it is about working with a manager who maintains an effective and efficient cleaning schedule for all apartments, rooms and common areas, and who agrees a housekeeping experience should always be a positive one for our residents.

Job Specific Performance Expectations- Administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of supervising the housekeeping/laundry departments
- Supervises the day-to-day housekeeping functions of assigned associates
- Responsible for coordination of housekeeping and laundry services
- Ensures that department is within budget
- Sets schedule for associates and posts in a timely fashion
- Responsible for ordering all supplies and chemicals for the department
- Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Responds to associate and resident requests in a timely fashion.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years managerial experience within a healthcare or related field
- An equivalent of experience, education and other qualifications may be considered
