We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Custodian to help maintain cleanliness and safety across our warehouses, industrial areas, and building interiors. In this role, you'll also support our Maintenance and Shop Floor teams with various tasks as needed.

• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
• Uses ladders, dusts and washes walls, cleans ceilings, and dusts and polishes light fixtures.
• Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas.
• Moves recycling bins from manufacturing areas to storage areas.
• Keeps manufacturing areas supplied with boxes and required materials.
• Operates a forklift.
• Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Works independently to carry out assignments.
• Follows written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrates reliable and predictable attendance and communicates any schedule changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
• Ability to frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds.
• Standing for long periods of time (8+ hours).
• Flexibility in work hours may be required.

This position is predominantly held on the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting.

• Varies from inside the office to outdoors at the job site.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
