We are hiring 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our new Distribution Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Training

Schedule:

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at our Ferguson Beltsville location – 11730 Baltimore Avenue;
Beltsville, Md 20705

Regular

Schedule:

9:00 PM – 11:30 PM at our Upper Marlboro location – 15801 Queens Court;
Upper Marlboro, Md 20774

Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
  • Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
  • Experience operating electric powered forklifts preferred
  • Ability to excel in fast‑paced environment
  • Post‑offer background check & drug screen are required
Responsibilities
  • Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
  • Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
  • Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
  • Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
  • Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
  • Execute tasks using hand‑held RF units / scanners or voice units
  • Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
  • Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
  • Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Pay Range

$15.00 - $27.36

Estimated Ranges displayed are hourly for all other roles. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
