MUST HAVE LONG TERM CARE EXPERIENCE IN A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

$2,500 Retention Bonus!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting wound assessment, formulation of a treatment plan, and recommendation of the appropriate wound dressing.

• Provides patient, family, and staff education regarding the prevention of pressure ulcers and therapeutic support services.

• Collaborates with clinical staff, physicians, and other members of the treatment team to provide the patient with the highest quality and most appropriate wound care.

• Perform additional duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

• Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive wound management

• Knowledge of principles of infection control.
