Travel RN - Neonatal ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a NICU position requiring a MD or Compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, with rotating day/night shifts and every-other-weekend availability.

Job Details

• 13-week travel contract in a hospital NICU setting,

• Pediatric surgical unit with a neonatal patient population including premature infants, cardiac defects, feeding issues, NAS, iatrogenic NAS, and trach-dependent patients,

• Preferred experience with PCU, prematurity, AOP, ROP, BLD/CLD, and cardiac defects,

• Rotating day and night shifts (3x12-hour shifts per week): days 07:00-19:30 and nights 19:00-07:30,

• Every other weekend required,

• Floating required within the specialty, including to a Baltimore sister campus,

• No on-call responsibilities,

• Holiday coverage required as holidays fall on the schedule,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Maryland (MD state license) or a valid Compact RN license currently in hand,

• Current BLS certification required,

• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required,

• Tracheostomy (trach) care experience required,

• Pediatric/NICU clinical background required,
