Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a fast‑paced, high‑volume Tele‑ER Border role. You will provide comprehensive care for a varied patient population, including complex ED admissions, while floating between ED borders and other units as needed.

• Manage care for patients in a busy, dynamic environment.
• Provide patient care within scope and specialty, including telemetry monitoring.
• Effectively handle a minimum of 10 to up to 40 boarders daily.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Respiratory Services, Social Services, and Pharmacy.
• Participate in emergency response scenarios and assist with rapid response initiatives.

• Active RN license in Maryland or Compact License.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS (AHA only).
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Charge nurse experience preferred; trauma level I or II experience an advantage.
• Travel experience required.
