Registered Nurse – Home Health

We look for a Dedicated Registered Nurse who brings compassion and comprehensive nursing care to patients in home settings. Join our team to make a difference in a senior’s life.
Responsibilities- Supervise caregiver staff.
- Conduct client assessments to determine care needs.
- Initiate and revise the Plan of Care as required.
- Develop and oversee Plans of Care for clients.
- Instruct and supervise caregivers responsible for assisting clients with personal care needs.
- Conduct orientation and follow‑up training following agency guidelines.
- Teach and orient caregivers per agency guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Recognize and reward good job performance and promote caregiver recognition.
- Respond to and resolve client complaints or concerns.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations affecting home care.
- Demonstrate knowledge of current health and home‑care practices.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and referral sources.
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and evaluations of services provided to clients.
- Conduct in‑home supervisory visits per agency guidelines and/or state licensure regulations.
- Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that enable these senses to function adequately.
- Must be able to properly operate office equipment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must maintain verbal and written communication with co‑workers, leadership, supervisors, clients, family members, vendors, and all business associates.
- Possess current TB testing.
- Successfully complete and maintain ongoing compliance with licensing, certification, continuous education, background testing, drug and alcohol testing, OIG, and health assessments required by law or employer policy.
