Position Summary:Join the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center's Operating Room team as a Full-Time Weekend Only Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN). This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Operating Room Charge Nurse to bring your clinical expertise and leadership to a high-performing surgical team committed to delivering safe, exceptional patient care. In this role, you will lead by example, collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams, and play a vital role in achieving outstanding surgical outcomes and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This role is ideal for an experienced Operating Room RN with prior Charge Nurse experience who thrives in a leadership role, demonstrates exceptional clinical judgment, and serves as a trusted resource for the perioperative team while helping ensure safe, efficient surgical operations and exceptional patient outcomes.
SCHEDULE: Friday through Sunday | 6:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. | Rotating Holidays
