Pay range: $73,000.00 - $. Additional shift differential up to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility.
Pay depends on labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.

ScheduleOptions:
Sunday through Wednesday 10 am–10 pm or Wednesday through Saturday 10 am–10 pm. Specific schedule will be determined at offer.
As an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) Leader, you will oversee ICQA responsibilities and supervise a group of ICQA team members and Inbound Problem Solvers. You will lead the leadership & development, coaching, and performance management of the team, manage onboarding, conduct performance reviews, root cause quality and pre‑receipt defects, analyze operation methods, identify gaps in inventory control, lead improvements in inbound receipts, bin and location accuracy, order cancellations, and vendor defect trends.
You will implement Kaizen and continuous improvement events and drive quality goals while fostering an inclusive environment.

About You- Job Description – Field Exempt Role
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing and competing priorities
- Ability to navigate web‑based ICQA reporting and forms (such as Microsoft SharePoint/Microsoft Forms/Smartsheet)
- Six‑Sigma/Lean Thinking/Quality Management/Continuous Improvement/Process Engineering experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences; strong reasoning and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, operational research, root cause, and problem‑solving skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop team
- Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate necessary policies and procedures to others
