Job Overview

Seasonal Target Security Specialist (Seasonal TSS) at Target Global Supply Chain and Logistics. Responsibilities include executing patrol routines, operating Target owned vehicles, following emergency procedures, and supporting a safe environment for team members, temporary workers, vendors and visitors at a Target supply chain building.

• Execute yard and perimeter patrol routines.
• Operate Target owned vehicles to perform patrols.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols during emergencies, including incident notification to building leadership.
• Follow best practices and procedures related to the security trailer management process.
• Perform other duties as assigned, with responsibilities subject to change based on business needs.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license for state of employment.
• Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond quickly while remaining calm during crisis situations.

Pay range per hour: $17.98 - $30.48. Shift differential: $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility. Additional compensation may be earned through shift differential and other factors such as labor market, education, work experience and certifications.
