Under the supervision of the Director of the Family Justice Center (FJC), the incumbent is responsible for providing Spanish bi‑lingual intake, Case Management coordination, information, and referrals for participant support services through the FJC for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and elder abuse.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Conducts bilingual (English/Spanish) intake interviews, screenings, and safety planning for FJC clients.
  • Assesses immediate and ongoing service needs; explains FJC services, court processes, and available community resources.
  • Coordinates referrals to appropriate internal and external partners.
  • Maintains regular client contact and case management to support engagement and service follow-through.
  • Documents all client interactions, intake assessments, referrals, and case actions in accordance with FJC protocols, court standards, and County requirements.
  • Maintains accurate, confidential case files and performs required data entry in designated case management systems.
  • Prepares reports, summaries, and correspondence to support court proceedings, multidisciplinary team coordination, and program reporting requirements.
  • Provides programmatic support to the FJC by assisting with outreach activities, client education sessions, and multidisciplinary team coordination.
  • Attends required trainings related to trauma‑informed care, cultural competency, victim services, court operations, and Family Justice Center best practices.
  • Performs other job‑related tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in Business or Public Administration, Social Service, Sociology, Psychology, or other fields; plus one (1) year of responsible work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be accepted. Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
