Capital Electric Supply is looking for a Warehouse Administrator - Outbound at Upper Marlboro, MD.
Responsibilities- Assist the Outbound Manager with daily outbound administrative activities.
- Process all outbound paperwork per company standards.
- Maintain accurate PO, transfer, and shipping records.
- Create packing slips in Eclipse as needed.
- Reconcile shipping and transfer reports.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies with branches, customers and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate outbound documentation and follow safety standards.
- Communicate with internal teams and customers via email and phone.
- Prior warehouse administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms (Eclipse preferred).
- MHE (forklift) experience and/or ability to become MHE certified preferred.
Pay Range: $24 - $27 per hour.
