Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator - 1st Shift

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm with overtime as needed.

$15.00 – $31.63 per hour, with bonus or incentive plan eligibility.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently without assistance
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment
• Post‑offer background check and drug screen required

• Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Execute tasks using hand‑held RF units / scanners or voice units
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs
