CFO and Business Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a CFO and Business Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year.

• Lead financial operations including accounting payroll cash management and financial reporting activities.
• Develop budgets forecasts and financial plans that support organizational goals and operational performance.
• Oversee compliance related functions including tax reporting insurance programs and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial results and operational data to provide recommendations that support business decisions.
• Manage and develop accounting and finance staff while promoting strong performance and accountability.

• Bring extensive experience in accounting finance and business management within a project based or construction environment.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of job costing cash flow forecasting financial reporting and operational accounting practices.
• Possess experience managing payroll compliance activities and employee benefit administration.
• Maintain the ability to operate independently while balancing strategic leadership and hands on responsibilities.
• Demonstrate experience overseeing accounting systems implementations software evaluations or process improvements.

• Apply strong business acumen and financial leadership skills to support organizational growth and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with executives employees external partners and other key stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities successfully while maintaining accuracy in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrate an ownership mindset with the ability to drive results and improve operational performance.
• Bring experience with employee ownership programs team leadership or large scale accounting system transitions considered beneficial.
