Duration: 1-Year Contract Role

Lafayette, Colorado 80026

  • Document Control
    :
    Route key documents into a document control system and assist in maintaining the project design history file.
  • Quality Compliance
    :
    Follow standard operating procedures with a strong understanding of the criticality of quality compliance.
  • Advanced Administrative Support
    :
    Perform complex or technically advanced administrative and clerical duties with a high degree of initiative.
  • Education & Experience Requirements:

    • Education
      :
      High School Diploma required.
    • Experience
      :
      Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to new and current medical device product development projects and teams.
    • Route key documents into a document control system and assist in maintaining the project design history file.
    • Apply knowledge of company operations to assist in developing, implementing, and administering program/system guidelines and procedures.
    • Gather and compile information for reports.
    • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a strong focus on quality compliance.
    • Provide technical support, including program/system training, documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking, and coding.

    • Majority of time spent in delivering support services or activities, typically under supervision.

    Required Knowledge and

    Experience:

    • Requires advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline, typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
    • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.

    Nice-to-Have
    :
    Knowledge of medical device R&D, product development, or experience with quality document control systems (e.g., AGILE).
