Land Administrator

Mineral Resources, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Land Administrator to support oil & gas and mining projects from our Fairbanks office. This role maintains land, lease, and mineral rights records, reviews titles and contracts, tracks key dates, and ensures compliance for Alaska-based resource projects. The Land Administrator partners with legal, operations, and field teams to secure access, prepare documents, and support remote project logistics.

Ideal candidates bring land or title experience, strong documentation skills, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and responsible mineral development in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain land, lease, and mineral rights records for Alaska-based projects
• Review and interpret title, contracts, and surface/mineral ownership documents
• Track critical dates, obligations, rentals, and royalties; ensure timely payments
• Prepare and process agreements, assignments, and related land documents
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and field teams on access and land use needs
• Research public records and maps to verify ownership and encumbrances
• Maintain accurate land databases, files, and GIS references where applicable
• Support due diligence, audits, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Generate reports and summaries for management and project teams
• Promote safety, teamwork, and field readiness in support of remote operations
