Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Testing Services Coordinator for a 3-month contract opportunity in Greeley, CO. This role supports daily Testing Center operations in an education environment, helping students and testing candidates complete exams in a secure, organized, and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Testing Center operations, including appointment scheduling, email and phone correspondence, supply tracking, records maintenance, and testing station organization.
  • Verify candidate identification, administer computer-based and paper-based exams, and ensure all testing protocols are followed accurately.
  • Monitor the testing environment, maintain exam security, document incidents, and protect confidential student and testing information.
  • Support pre-test and post-test processes, including check-in, check-out, filing, scanning, score reporting, placement review, and instructor exam handling.
  • Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Workday, vendor databases, and other systems to enter, retrieve, organize, and report information.
  • Assist with administrative projects, webpage updates, reports, presentations, technology setup, and communication with faculty, staff, vendors, and testing partners.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Coordinate daily Testing Center administration, scheduling, records, communications, and secure testing workflows.
  • Administer and proctor exams while maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and testing integrity.
  • Support students and testing candidates through check-in, testing procedures, accommodations, and post-test guidance.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical files, reports, testing documentation, and administrative records.
  • Associate's degree plus two years of customer service experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant administrative, customer service, education, testing, records, or student support experience preferred for success in the role.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, email, and general computer systems.
  • Strong computer competency, data entry accuracy, and ability to learn new software and vendor testing platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures, apply standardized testing protocols, and exercise sound judgment in unexpected situations.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and self-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student and testing information professionally.
  • Dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a structured testing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a college, university, Testing Center, assessment center, or educational environment.
  • Experience administering or proctoring high-stakes examinations.
  • Experience working with testing vendors, third-party testing platforms, Workday, Microsoft Excel, or similar administrative systems.
  • Experience supporting students with testing accommodations.
  • Experience installing, configuring, updating, or troubleshooting computer-based testing applications.
