Integrity Construction & Restoration is a growing residential remodeling and insurance-reconstruction company based in Greeley, Colorado. Our crews work on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, fire and water damage repairs, and other residential improvement projects throughout Northern Colorado. We are seeking a dependable laborer who will help keep our projects safe, clean, organized, and moving forward.

The Construction Laborer will support carpenters and field leaders with material handling, jobsite preparation, careful demolition, cleanup, and general project tasks. Because much of our work takes place in occupied homes, this position requires more care and professionalism than a typical rough construction labor role.

You do not need to be an experienced carpenter, but you must be reliable, willing to learn, comfortable with physical work, and respectful of clients' homes. Strong performers may have the opportunity to advance into an Apprentice Carpenter position.

• Prepare job sites before work begins
• Install floor protection, dust barriers, and containment materials
• Assist with careful residential demolition
• Load, unload, move, and organize project materials
• Stage tools, equipment, and supplies for the field crew
• Remove construction debris and maintain designated disposal areas
• Sweep, vacuum, and complete daily cleanup
• Assist carpenters with basic tasks under supervision
• Protect homeowners' belongings and maintain safe access whenever possible
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow PPE requirements and company safety procedures
• Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment
• Track work time using a smartphone
• Report damaged materials, hazards, or unexpected conditions promptly
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractors

• Construction or remodeling experience helpful but not required
• Reliable transportation to assigned job sites is required.

• Ability to follow directions and work safely
• Respectful and professional behavior in occupied homes
• Willingness to clean continuously, not only at the end of the project
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Coachable attitude and interest in learning new skills
• Comfortable using a smartphone for timekeeping and basic documentation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including lifting and carrying construction materials and frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  Full-Time, W-2
• Pay: $18-$23 per hour, depending on experience
• Employees may also be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
• Occasional overtime or Saturday work
• PTO accrued at one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours annually
