Position: Support Call Coordinator

Job Summary

The Support Call Coordinator is responsible for answering / logging / routing customer support calls received via the internet and by phone. Support Call Coordinators are also responsible for coordinating all customer related activity outside of Accounting for CIC’s customers. This position is an entry level position where individuals learn about CIC and grow into various positions within the organization.

Core Responsibilities
  • Answer / Log / Route an average of 25 – 30 Support Calls per day.
  • Coordinate Travel Preparations for Peopleware / Technical Staff including flight, hotel, and rental car reservations.
  • Create People wires for customer communications regarding upcoming training classes and software releases.
  • Assist CIC’s Technical staff with scheduling software releases for customers.
  • Maintain customer contact information in CIC’s systems.
  • Prepare CIC’s standard documentation for customers.
  • Assist behind the scenes with CIC Symposiums and Workshops.
Required Skills
  • 2-3 Years’ Experience with Call Entry and Handling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products including Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Bonus Skills and Experience
  • Experience in working with K-12 Education software products and/or Governmental / Fund Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with Website Management Software
  • General knowledge of PC’s / Networking / Printers
Starting Salary and Perks
  • $15.50 / hour to $28.20 / hour depending on experience and qualifications.
