Auxis LLC is looking for a Service Desk Analyst (L1) based in Colorado, who will serve as the initial point of contact for users contacting our IT Service Desk. In this position, you will handle technical support inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer service and timely issue resolution.
The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service and a high school diploma. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. This role will also involve updating documentation and adhering to operational processes and service level agreements.
