Position Overview

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Greeley, CO at the Greeley branch.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experience and lobby engagement.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a related role, preferably an Associate degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of banking products, digital awareness, effective communication, and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage in prospecting and retail lending.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Incentive eligible based on performance.
