As a Recovery Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping consumers find solutions to outstanding accounts while supporting our clients with integrity and professionalism.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with consumers about their accounts.
• Listen carefully, understand consumer needs, and work together to create solutions.
• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements using our proven tools and resources.
• Update account information accurately and thoroughly.
• Follow compliance standards (we’ll train you!) to ensure respectful, ethical interactions.
• Partner with your team and

• A strong communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment preferred.
• Collections or customer service experience a plus, but not required — we provide training!
