• DDS/DMD degree and active, unrestricted license in Colorado
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs
• Ability to credential with dental insurance plans
• Access to minimum PHI necessary for job-related functions; HIPAA training and data safeguards are required
