  Wide variety of patients, huge opportunity for a lot of surgery and other treatments (implant placement, bone grafting, endo, bread and butter). Invisalign is a must

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee: 28-32%
  
  • Earning Potential: $300k+
• Sign-On Bonus:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice.
• Active DEA
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.
• Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified
• Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.
• Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice s growth and success.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to dental care.
• Strong desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative practice culture.
