Salary: Salary placement on our Co‑Curricular Salary schedule is dependent on the sport, club, organization or program and the employee’s in‑district experience as outlined in Article XXIII of the Master Contract. for more information.

Education / Experience Required- High School Diploma/GED
- CPR certification
- CHSAA test and regulation completion
- Concussion education
- Prior coaching experience in track & field
- Bilingual skills
- Any other combination of related education, experience and training
- Knowledge of track/field
This person works closely with the head coach supporting their plan, runs assigned practice segments, and supervises students until pickup from practice or meets.
Essential Functions- Organize and supervise games
- Assist with supervision at activities
- Lead supervised practice sessions as delegated
Applicant must complete concussion training.
Other Duties – Knowledge, Skills, and Mental Ability- Knowledge of Colorado and district content standards
- Knowledge and skills sufficient to perform all duties of the position
- Prefer leadership situations addressing social, emotional, psychological, and academic needs of students
- Preferability of a flexible environment with conflict resolution, high stress tolerance, rapid decision making, and extended work hours
