School Principal.
Openings as of 6/1/2026. This position is part of the district’s team serving students with special needs.
Responsibilities- Support the academic programming and progress of individual students and/or small groups with identified significant needs.
- Provide student-specific personal care and support.
- Assist with daily classroom activities, data collection, sanitizing equipment and materials, and providing to the staff as needed.
- Adapt to student needs and maintain appropriate pace and safety, including upper-body strength to lift and carry 50 lbs where required.
- Required:
AA degree or 48 semester hours or passing scores on Work Keys exam. - Preferred: CPI training (training provided); CPR/First Aid (training provided).
- Must be able to provide student-specific personal care support; strong verbal communication skills; team-oriented; positive attitude; ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Paraprofessional experience preferred. Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
Summary/Objective: Provide an enriched atmosphere where students learn subject matter and skills contributing to their development and growth; assist the building principal and department director where assigned.
