Bethel Baptist Church, located in Greeley, CO, invites a candidate to serve as Youth Director for grades 6‑12.
OverviewThe role is a Gospel‑centered ministry position focused on discipleship and evangelism. The Youth Director collaborates with the Senior Pastor to execute a compelling vision, mentor the Youth Leaders team, and provide strategic organizational leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead a youth ministry program for students in grades 6‑12.
- Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to develop and implement a vision for the youth ministry.
- Mentor and support the Youth Leaders team.
- Provide strategic organizational leadership and oversight for youth activities.
- Proficient Biblical teacher with a strong grasp of Scripture.
- Enthusiastic about youth ministry growth and development.
- Skilled in providing guidance to students with empathy and wisdom.
- Committed to empowering youth for ministry roles.
Annual salary range: $48,000 – $58,000.
