Position:
Swim Instructor
Location:
Pool/Wildcat Community Center (Chisago Lakes Pool)
Salary: $16.50 per hour
Hours:
Varies, up to 150 hours per year
Benefits:
Not benefit eligible
- Maintain a safe environment for all participants
- Complete job orientation and facility swim pool test
- Instruct an in‑house swim lesson program for preschool and youth ages 3 to 13
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, organizing sessions efficiently
- Demonstrate swim level skills and follow established emergency procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Nationally recognized current First Aid and CPR/AED certification
- Mature and professional attitude
- Minimum 15 years of age
- Nationally recognized up‑to‑date Lifeguard certification
- Experience teaching children in a small‑group setting
Open until filled. All offers are conditioned upon passing a pre‑employment background check and ISD 2144 School Board approval.
