QualificationsRequired:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR certification
- CHSAA test and regulations
- Concussion Education
- Prior coaching experience in football defense
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills
- Any other combination of related education, experience, and training
This role supports the head coach, takes charge of specified practice components, and supervises student athletes until they are picked up from practice or meets.
Essential Functions- Organize and supervise game day activities.
- Assist with supervision at practices and activities.
- Complete concussion training.
- Knowledge of Colorado and district content standards.
- Leadership skills for meeting social, emotional, psychological, and academic needs of students.
- Ability to handle conflict, work in a flexible, high‑stress environment, make informed decisions, and work long hours.

Work Environment & Physical DemandsAbility to sit for long periods, manage distractions, maintain visual, auditory, and ambulatory acuity. Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
