Contract Length: 204 days (2026‑2027)
Salary: $21.12 per hour plus benefits (up to $33.85 per hour with internal transfer credit).

Education & Experience:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent educational experience. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree; bilingual skills.
Job Description – Summary / Objective
Responsible for supporting the needs of the student population to ensure equitable access to public education. Provides case management, facilitates student attendance, interprets laws, develops intervention strategies, monitors progress, and makes referrals. Acts as a resource to staff and conducts training.
Essential Functions
- Work with students and families to navigate enrollment, registration, and transportation.
- Identify academic needs and provide support to overcome barriers.
- Provide awareness and advocacy on immigrant needs, forums, and community workshops.
- Assist with administrative policies, procedures, documents, and data.
- Collaborate with district office managers, counselors, and administrators on identification, procedures, tagging, and services for Families in Transition program.
- Communicate with parents via newsletters, phone calls, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Conduct parent meetings to provide strategies for at‑home learning.

- Knowledge and skills sufficient to perform all duties.
- Ability to lead social, emotional, psychological, and academic support for students.
- Work in a flexible, conflict‑responsive environment, tolerate stress, internalize information quickly, make informed decisions, and handle long hours.

Work Environment / Physical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods, moderate visual and auditory acuity, occasional lifting of up to 30 lb.
