Starting Wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives.

Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type:
Full Time and Part Time hours available. Full‑time instructors may have variable hours.

Minimum Age: 16 years.

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world‑class guest service.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support all ski school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment.
• Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent.
• Fluently communicate in English.
• Willing to work with guests of all ages and comfortable with children 3+ years old.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and meet scheduling requirements.
• Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting skill, guest service, and safety standards.
