About the Role
Hello, Special Education Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time SPED Teacher for a school-based position in the Greeley area for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting student success by providing specialized instruction, developing IEPs, and collaborating closely with school teams. This is a great opportunity for both experienced educators and those newer to the field who are passionate about making an impact.

What You'll Do
- Provide specialized instruction aligned with student IEP goals
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with the team
- Support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a team-based approach
- Track progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
What We're Looking For
- Active (or eligible) Colorado teaching license with SPED endorsement
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for supporting student growth and inclusion
