Elementary Enrichment Support Aide

Provide supervision for after school and Friday school students. Work with the director of the enrichment program to plan and implement activities. Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all students. Facilitate transitions from classroom time to after school care and pickup by guardians. Must be able to follow oral and written directions and have the ability to establish effective working relationships with staff and students.

Ability to maintain effective classroom management strategies. Visual, auditory and ambulatory ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Conflict management skills. Strong organizational skills. Empathetic. Positive relationship builder. Knowledge, skills and abilities sufficient to perform the function of the position as outlined.
