Salary: $19.88 per hour plus benefits (range 18). Additional credit may be up to $31.87 for internal transfers/rehires.

• Required:
  
  AA degree or 48 semester hours or passing Work Keys exam.
• Preferred: CPI training (provided), CPR/First Aid (provided).

Provide an enriched learning environment for students with significant needs, facilitating academic and personal development.

• Support academic programming and progress of individual students or small groups.
• Provide student‑specific personal care and support.
• Assist with daily classroom activities, data collection, and equipment sanitation.
• Assist staff as needed.
• Manage physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Knowledge, skills, and abilities sufficient to perform duties.
• Experience working in a school setting or with children with special needs.
• Strong verbal communication, teamwork, positive attitude.
• Paraprofessional experience preferred; bilingual skills preferred but not required.
