The Company is in search of a Dean for its College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. The successful candidate will be a visionary and collaborative leader, responsible for devising the college's strategic priorities in partnership with the faculty. This role requires a focus on retaining a high-quality and diverse faculty, advancing innovative and creative programs, and attracting a committed and diverse student body.

The Dean will also be tasked with establishing strong links between research, theory, and professional application, as well as forging connections with other schools and departments across the university. Maintaining productive relationships with community partners, donors, alumni, and various academic and professional communities is essential. Candidates for the Dean position should be equity-minded, creative, strategic, inspiring, and proven leaders. The role demands a leader who can manage and secure the necessary resources to execute the college's strategic vision and who is dedicated to the development of a diverse and talented staff.
