Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois elementary school to hire a full-time Special Education Teacher for a self-contained 3rd–5th grade autism classroom. This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys creating structured learning environments and implementing individualized strategies that help students develop academically, socially, and functionally.

• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, administrators, and families.
• Track student growth through ongoing progress monitoring and documentation.
• Differentiate lessons to meet a variety of learning styles and developmental needs.
• Provide specialized instruction to students in grades 3–5 within a self-contained classroom.
• Promote communication, independence, positive behavior, and meaningful classroom participation.

• Excellent organization, flexibility, and communication skills.
• At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a closely related discipline.
• Background working with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder is strongly preferred.
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS1) endorsement.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a positive, student-focused mindset.
