Salary: Salary placement on our Co-Curricular Salary schedule is dependent on the sport, club, organization or program and the employees' in-district experience as outlined in Article XXIII of the Master Contract.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR certification
• CHSAA test and regulation compliance
• Concussion education
• Prior coaching experience in golf

Preferred:

• Bilingual skills
• Any other combination of related education, experience and training

Summary / Objective: Responsible for all aspects of head coach, overseeing assistant coaches, and making decisions based on the direction of the program.

Essential Functions: Organizing and supervising game planning, assisting with supervision at activities.

Additional Qualifications: Applicant must complete concussion training.

Other Duties:

• Knowledge of Colorado and district content standards
• Knowledge and skills sufficient to perform all duties of the position
• Preferred leadership experience in meeting the social, emotional, psychological and academic needs of students
• Preferred ability to work in a flexible environment, handle conflict, tolerate high stress, quickly internalize information, and make informed decisions, including long hours as part of the assignment

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises assistant coaches.

Work Environment / Physical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods, manage distractions, visual, auditory and ambulatory acuity, occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.

Travel: As needed.
