COMPENSATION RANGE: 1,545.00 - 1,888.00 per credit hour

This pool expires 05/31/2027. Applicants wishing to remain in this pool past 05/31/2027, must reapply at that time.
Position Summary:
This hiring pool is for temporary, part-time adjunct faculty in the Department of Management. We deliver courses in management areas, including hospitality, event management, hospitality and event operations, and analytics at the Monfort College of Business. Preference will be given to candidates who also have the ability and experience in teaching face-to-face, online, and hybrid modalities.
The Kenneth W. Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado is recognized for delivering excellence in business education. Only the top business schools in the U.S. are accredited by AACSB International.

Minimum Qualifications:
* A master's degree in hospitality management, event management, or a closely related field.
* Qualified to teach undergraduate courses in hospitality management, event management, and related subjects.
* Demonstrated record or potential for teaching excellence.
* Relevant industry experience in hospitality or event management.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with experiential and active learning methods in a collegiate environment.
* Familiarity with program development and course design in hospitality and event management.
* Demonstrated ability or experience in teaching in face-to-face, online, and hybrid modalities using a Learning Management System (LMS).
