National Honor Society (NHS) Advisor
The NHS Advisor serves as the faculty advisor for the school's NHS chapter, providing leadership, supervision, and support to student members. The advisor promotes the organization's pillars of scholarship, service, leadership, and character while ensuring compliance with local and national NHS guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid teaching certificate/license preferred
- Experience working with high school students
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with event planning or student activities preferred
- Background check required upon hire
Terms of Employment: $814 stipend based on Level 7 of the Extra Duty Pay Schedule. This is an extra duty stipend position, and is subject to approval or ratification by the Board of Education and may be terminated by either party with or without cause at any time.
