Job SummaryAs a catalyst for growth, work to support the components of the RAiSE (a Responsive, Affiming, innovative, Student-Centered Support for Educators) program. Provide job-embedded professional learning to staff at assigned school(s) by working collaboratively with teachers and building administrators to provide learning opportunities that promote the district’s core values, vision, mission, strategic plan, and student-centered Instructional Excellence model. As a culturally responsive, student-centered, instructional leader, use a variety of coaching models to support teachers in becoming more effective.

Minimum QualificationsCriminal background check and fingerprinting required.
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of professional work experience
- Strong communication, organization, and human relations skills
- Ability to consistently demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to maintain and promote a focus on continual growth
- Ability to align curriculum and assessments with state content standards
- Ability to support programs designed to increase student achievement
- Ability to assume leadership in the development and communication of programs and curriculum
