Position Summary16-24 hours a week at $22-$25 per hour
Visually inspect, monitor and record readings of boiler, pumps and air compressors temperature and pressure, compression tanks pressure, and outside air temperature on an hourly basis.
Water chemical analysis and treatment for boilers, city water, system water, colling towers water and water softeners. Adjust treatment program to maintain proper chemical balance.
Maintain clean environment for proper function and operation of equipment and computers.
Perform preventative maintenance on a daily, and monthly basis depending on function and use.
Minimum QualificationsMust have a valid drivers license
