In this intermediate‑level position, you’ll use your skills and training to perform maintenance and/or installation work on assigned wind turbines under minimal supervision. You will be provided with defined schedules and procedures including safety protocol, verbal/written instructions, and may provide mentorship to entry‑level technicians. Typical duties include working 250+ feet above the ground, working in small spaces to perform maintenance and repairs, climbing, carrying tools and equipment, and moving parts to complete your work.

Base pay ranges between $27.43 and $33.43 per hour, with potential for additional variable compensation. Pay is determined based on experience and qualifications.

Physical Demands- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Hearing ability to use telephones, close‑range radios or related device.
- Visual acuity including depth perception, field of vision, and ability to distinguish colors.
- Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination, including ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
- Ability to climb stairs and vertical ladders to heights of 60 to 100 meters and occasionally supervise work in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to observe training and obtain certification in required safety programs, including LOTO, Electrical Qualification, Fall Arrest & High Angle Rescue, and Confined Space.
- Ability to participate in all training courses, including controlled descent practical exercises.
- Combined weight of prospective employee, required PPE and gear must not exceed 300 lbs; required PPE and gear may weigh up to 40 lbs.
