• Lead and support electrical engineering activities across mission critical and data center projects.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to engineering team members.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, project management, field operations, and executive leadership teams.
• Review electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and engineering deliverables to ensure quality and execution alignment.
• Support installation, startup, commissioning, and project execution activities across electrical infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical oversight throughout design, fabrication, installation, and field implementation phases.
• Develop engineering standards, processes, and best practices while helping build scalable teams and systems.
• Participate in hiring, coaching, and development of engineering personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Progressive electrical engineering experience with prior leadership or management responsibilities.
• Strong data center and mission critical project experience required.
• Hands‑on experience supporting installation, field execution, startup, or construction activities required.
• Experience with electrical infrastructure including power distribution systems, switch gear, generators, UPS systems, critical power systems, or related equipment preferred.
• Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating cross‑functional project activities.
• Strong understanding of engineering execution from design through installation and turnover.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with interest in long-term executive growth opportunities.
