This isn’t a “stand and watch” role. You’ll be in the mix, learning real skills that most engineers don’t get exposure to early on.

- Reading prints, specs, and process documentation
- Using measurement and inspection tools to ensure quality
- Getting exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar preferred)
- Highly self-motivated — someone who wants to learn and grow quickly
- Hands-on mindset (you like being on the floor, not just behind a desk)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership
- Exposure to Solid Works is a plus
